Veal in Mushroom Gravy

3 lb. veal kabobs or veal chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 to 2 cans (soup can) milk
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Cut membranes off veal. Put veal kabobs into large baking pan. Empty both cans of soup over veal. Add milk and mix together. Add onion soup mix, mix thoroughly. Veal should be well coated. Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.

Serve with seasoned noodles or mashed potatoes.
Serves 5..
