Stuffed Veal

1 lb. veal
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Stove Top stuffing (any type)
chopped mushrooms (if desired)

Prepare Stove Top stuffing for veal as directed. Lay veal out flat, put stuffing in middle, roll up and hold veal together with toothpicks. Brown veal in a hot skillet with butter. Put browned veal in deep baking pan. Top off with cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water; if desired add mushrooms. Cook at 325 degrees about 1 hour.
