| MEATBALLS FOR SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 to 1-1/2 lb. hamburger
2 c. dried can bread crumbs
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. parsley
Dash of garlic
Salt and pepper
Mix everything thoroughly and roll into balls. Bake in oven with a little sauce over
meatballs for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
