CORNISH GAME HENS

2 Cornish game hens
1 pkg. pecan rice
1-1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
