ZUCCHINI COOKIES

2-1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add flavoring. Add sifted dry ingredients and zucchini and nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

FROSTING
1 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Put frosting on cookies.
