Blueberry Bran Muffins
3 cups natural bran
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups butter milk
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup blueberries
In a large mixing bowl, mix together bran, flour, sugar, baking powder and
soda. In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, oil and molasses;
pour into bran mixture and stir just enough to moisten. Fold in blueberries.
Bake at 325* for about 25 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
