Barbecue Ribs

3 to 3 1/2 lb. pork spareribs
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
lemon slices

Cut ribs in serving size pieces; arrange in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave oven for 20 minutes, rearranging ribs every 5 minutes. Drain off juice and rearrange ribs in baking dish.

Combine molasses, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt. Pour mixture over ribs. Micro-cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until ribs are done.

Occasionally baste and rearrange ribs in dish. Garnish ribs with lemon slices.
Serves 4
