New Years Black-Eyed Pea Relish

1 can blackeyed peas with jalapenos, rinsed & drained

To this add: 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. chopped or sliced green peppers 1/4 c. black olives 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. chopped or sliced onions 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms Mix together and chill before serving.  hot with chips. This also freezes well!
